Cucumber Melon Ginlet

A classic gimlet, featuring gin and lime juice, gets an added dose of refreshing flavor from Viva Sol Melon, cucumber, and a wedge of cantaloupe.
Ingredients
  • Gin 1.5 oz
  • Viva Sol Melon 5.5 oz
  • Lime Juice 1 oz.
  • Cucumber Slices 3
  • Cantaloupe Wedge
  • Club Soda
  • Cucumber Strip

Directions

Muddle cucumber and Melon Aguas Frescas in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, ice, lime juice and shake to combine. Pour into a tulip glass with ice. Top with clumb soda. Garnish with cantaloupe wedge and cucumber strip.
