Blackberry Fields

Fruity and refreshing, this cocktail featuring blackberrybubly™, gin, and basil brightens any moment, day or night.
Ingredients
  • Blackberry Bubly 2-3 oz.
  • fresh blackberries 6
  • fresh basil leaves 2
  • gin 1 oz.
  • blackberry liqueur 1/2 oz.
  • maple syrup 1/2 oz.
  • fresh blackberries to garnish

Directions
  1. Muddle blackberries, basil, blackberry liquer, maple syrup, and lemon juice in the bottom of a mixing tin.
  2. Add gin and ice.
  3. Shake until chilled.
  4. Double strain into a wine glass.
  5. Add ice and top with Blackberry Bubly.
  6. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a fresh basil leaf.
