Starry Minty Mojito
A breezy island twist on a classic—mint, lime, and fizzy Starry come together for a splash of sunshine in every sip.
Ingredients
- Starry 3-4 oz
- Silver Rum 0.5 oz
- Mint Leaves 5
- Simple Syrup 0.5 oz
- Lime Wedge as much as needed
Directions
1. In a glass, gently muddle the 5 mint leaves with simple syrup to release the minty aroma
2. Pour in 0.5 oz of silver rum and stir to combine
3. Fill the glass with ice to chill the mixture
4. Pour in 3–4 oz of Starry. Stir gently to mix without losing the fizz
5. Add a lime wedge and a mint sprig for a refreshing finish and serve immediately
